If you like some of the features of a Log Home and Timber Frame Home but not necessarily a truly built Log or Timber Frame you may want to consider this as an option.

 
Many or all of our designs can easily be converted to a Hybrid using a variety of accents like stone, cedar shakes, board & batten, cedar siding, log siding, poplar bark, heavy exposed timbers and trusses to give you the rustic appearance that you can usually only find in a log or timber framed home.

This type of construction easily allows you to combine the accents for your exterior and give you more flexibility to finish the interior without having all exposed wood inside.
